This hotel deserves the 4 star status. The public areas are comfortable and of a high standard. The staff are extremely customer orientated. The standard rooms are well appointed and the beds are some of the most comfortable we have tried. There was a couple of little problems during our stay, on arrival they told us they had not received our booking fax yet the following morning they had managed to locate it. We booked a 9 am alarm call which never happened but to be fair, 40 minutes late they sent the Concierge up to the room to wake us. The breakfast is waiter served and of a high quality with never ending coffee refills without having to chase for attention. We parked just 30 yards away in a secure pay car park which is a great bonus. Having always stayed at the Rembrandt and been very happy with it, we would now seriously consider switching to Harrington Hall. This hotel is one we shall use again without question. Great location too!
